Amla:
Amla, also known as Indian gooseberry, is one of the most effective Ayurvedic remedies for winter hair problems such as hair loss, dandruff, itchiness and dryness. So, take 10-20 amla and blend it until it becomes a paste. Doing this regularly will add shine to your hair and solve many winter hair problems.

Ayurvedic Oil Massage:
Natural and organic Ayurvedic hair oils can help boost the health of your hair. Promotes hair. By activating the sebaceous glands in the scalp, the massage gives hair a natural shine while fighting dandruff. Use organic oils such as coconut, sesame, or castor. Massage often to see improvements in volume, length and luster.

Hibiscus oil:
Hibiscus is a colorful and common flowering plant rich in amino acids, vitamins A and C and alpha hydroxy acids, all of which are ideal for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss. Collect and dice about 20 red flowers and 4 thick leaves, take a frying pan and add 100ml of hair oil. Add the chopped flowers and leaves to the oil and gently heat until smoking.
For added benefit, you can add 4-5 basil leaves with a pinch of fenugreek. Let the oil settle for a few days. Next, apply this oil by gently massaging it into your scalp and wait an hour before taking a shower. Not only does the oil strengthen your hair and add the shine of your dreams, it also helps with hair growth.
