BATAVIA — Three Rochester residents were arrested Friday after a brazen theft of a chain store on Veterans Memorial Drive.
A Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy was summoned to the Ulta Beauty Store to report a theft in progress.

BATAVIA — Three Rochester residents were arrested Friday after a brazen theft of a chain store on Veterans Memorial Drive.
A Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputy was summoned to the Ulta Beauty Store to report a theft in progress.
An agent arrived and saw the three people walking to the car with bags full of stolen goods.
All three were taken into custody and charged without incident.
Mone N. Wiggins, 24, has been charged with 4th degree major theft, conspiracy and identity theft.
Yathil K. Lay-Rivera, 24, has been charged with grand theft and conspiracy.
Aniyah E. Kendrick, 18, was charged with conspiracy.
Wiggins has been arrested for similar thefts in other counties.
She was charged with grand theft and identity theft in September in Steuben County for stealing property using a stolen credit card.
The three were the latest to be charged with theft from stores along Veterams Memorial Drive, where people brazenly walk out with shopping carts and bags full of stolen goods.
