Charleston, South Carolina (WCSC/Gray News) – Officials at a South Carolina animal shelter say a cat brought in for life-saving surgery has died.
Officials at the Charleston Animal Society said an abandoned cat named Juliet was brought to the shelter along with two others after the animal’s family moved out of state.
The family reportedly left the cat outside and unattended.
