She’s the real-life Benjamin Button and looks like she’s aging backwards.
And Amy Chung took to TikTok to reveal how changing four parts of her beauty regime changed her entire look, making her look decades younger.

“Here’s how I age backwards and how you can do it too,” Amy began the video.
“First, I injected Botox into the masseter muscle (the jaw muscle that helps you chew) to cool it down,” she explained.
“I wanted that V-line look, but it was so aging. As you age, all the tissue in your face thins, and if you do anything to thin it out faster, it’s unbelievable.” I am aging.”
Next, Amy stopped exfoliating her skin.

“Look at all these pimples, the gritty texture — it’s inflammation from overexfoliation,” she said.
Third, Amy underwent a filler “reality check.” That meant no filler needed.
“I see all these young girls doing it who don’t need it,” she sighed.
Showing an old photo of herself, she said, “I mean, I look 40 in this photo.
“I have fillers on my cheeks, lips, nose and chin, and I look very old.”
Her final tip is that she started taking proper care of her hair.
“Because thick, shiny and healthy hair is one of the most youthful things you can have,” she concluded.
“I think it makes me look younger rather than having fairer skin.”
“Me in my 20s and 30s,” Amy captioned the video.
“Makeup plays a big part too. Whiplash under 5,” one person commented on the clip.
Amy replied “OMG yes”.
“I agree 100% with the hair!! Yes!!!!”

Amy writes:
“Everybody forgets about their hair (like I did) until it’s too late. Then you have to do damage control.”
