Often what is called a bedhead is actually an insult to the bed. They weren’t involved in the tousled, sexy, hairstyles we see on social media that I definitely didn’t wake up to this way. I love it, but I really appreciate Ashley Benson sharing the real thing on Instagram.
That’s how I feel in January. They say twixmas is blurry, but what about January? This extraordinarily long month when everyone stumbles and gets to the actual month or stays home with the health/work/growth kick of the New Year’s resolutions.
In her latest Instagram post, the actress stuck out her bleach-blonde lob hair in unbrushed, messy, knotted hair. And in the caption, she wrote a profound mantra. “Sweat. All day. Every day.”
Sweat on your mop, put on your fluffy sweater, put on your glasses. Once upon a time, a celeb’s “real” post actually resembled what I perceive from my version of “reality”…that is, minus that incredible bathroom. And the fact that Ashley still looks absolutely gorgeous with bedhead hair – because I’m pretty sure this isn’t what I look like in Goblin Mode.
Swipe through the rest of the snaps and the bathroom is paired with an equally enviable wardrobe, spying on the impressive sweatshirt collection in the back corner. am.
And just to make sure you don’t think she only wears sweats at home, Ashley completed the three photos with one of hers wearing the sweats on a small day trip in the car. Her hood is up and a beanie is involved so I can’t tell if the bedhead is out of the house too…
