“Alopecia and hair loss are fairly common, but many people are embarrassed to talk about these issues,” Tisdale wrote. “Any type of hair loss can affect self-esteem.” Especially if you feel like you’re the only one experiencing hair loss, so I want to talk about it openly because it’s nothing to be ashamed of.Hormones, It’s genetics, and for me it’s related to too much stress.
The 37-year-old then shared how she manages her hair loss, writing “Don’t let your worries take over” as the first point on her list. Fear” and anxiety only exacerbated her stress.
“Once I focused on the present and accepted what was happening, I was ready to make a plan to deal with my hair loss,” she explained.

Another way she dealt with stress was by changing her diet.
“Eating with a focus on gut health also helps me thrive,” she said. “Whatever your self-care plan is, embrace it.”
Tisdale also wrote about seeking treatment for hair loss, something she previously shared on social media. She added that she has seen great results from a platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatment, which involves injecting platelets from her own blood into her scalp.
“It’s expensive and certainly not the most pleasant experience. After all, you have to use microneedles in your scalp.
The former Disney Channel actress also reminded readers that it’s okay to embrace hair loss, whether it’s wearing a wig or embracing a hairless look.

“Sometimes I open a window or door, or light a candle. It just shifts the energy in the room,” she shared at the time. After the baby goes to bed, I take a bath and put on my favorite show.In order to take care of others, you have to take care of yourself.”
