    Eating bananas daily helps keep hair healthy

    Bananas have many health benefits, which we generally know about. But did you know that bananas also have many beauty benefits? Bananas are high in potassium, a mineral that is beneficial for hair and skin. The fruit also contains vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B, and other minerals such as iron and protein.This fruit represents a wonder for skin and hair. A rich source of vitamins and minerals, bananas are essential for hair growth and can help solve many hair-related problems. Add this superfood to your hair care routine.

    1. Reduces dandruff:-

    Dandruff is a common hair trouble, especially during the winter months. When the scalp is neglected, it affects the health of the hair follicles, causing dryness and itchiness, followed by dandruff and a flaky scalp. Dry your scalp. Mash a ripe banana and add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and a few drops of tea tree oil. Apply the paste to your scalp and leave it on for 20-30 minutes, then wash it off with lukewarm water.

    2. Improves hair texture:-

    The silica content in bananas helps improve the texture of the hair from within. Using bananas on your hair regularly can make your hair look smoother. Applying a hair mask using eggs mixed with ripe bananas and olive oil can help moisturize your strands and give them a natural shine.

    3. Add glitter:-

    Winter, dust, pollution and frequent use of heating tools can dry out and damage your hair. You can make a hair mask with 1 ripe banana, 2-3 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of oatmeal. Add honey to mashed bananas and finely crush oatmeal. Apply the mixture to your hair and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes before rinsing.

    4. Control frizz:-

    Especially in winter, the weather tends to make your hair dry and dry. This causes frizz, especially for those who have naturally wavy or curly hair. Bananas contain natural oils that hydrate hair and control frizz to a great extent. .

    5. Promotes hair growth:-

    A clean scalp also promotes the health of the hair follicles and aids in hair growth. Prepare a hair mask using 1 ripe banana and 1 cup of chopped ripe papaya.
