Green tea has long been famous and celebrated for its incredible health benefits. Camellia sinensis plant. Green tea, however, is picked and dried without being fermented or oxidized. As a result, it contains higher concentrations of antioxidants.

Other than drinking a simple cup of green tea, there are many products and recipes on the market that contain green tea, perhaps the best way to consume it. However, there is research suggesting that topical use of green tea may also have beneficial effects on skin and hair.

Green tea contains certain types of antioxidants called catechins. It is these compounds that provide enormous health benefits. Aside from actually getting these health benefits from drinking green tea, there is some evidence to suggest that applying green tea directly to your hair can help with overall scalp health.

Green tea is thought to bring extra nutrients to the scalp, resulting in less hair loss and increased growth.

One great way to get all these nutrients directly into your hair follicles is to make a simple green tea hair rinse. This can be as simple as brewing a cup of strong green tea, allowing it to cool, then applying it to your scalp while you are in the shower. Let the rinse sit on your hair for a few minutes before rinsing it off with clean water.

Be careful if you bring a glass bottle of tea into the shower. Wet, soapy hands don’t mix well with glass!

    green tea face mask

Face masks are perfect for when you want to be pampered or feel like you’ve taken a trip to the spa. You can make a green tea face mask at home without spending a fortune and get the attention it deserves.

Green tea face masks are thought to provide protection from sun damage and may even help repair already damaged skin. The B vitamins in green tea also promote skin firmness. and vitamin E helps moisturize the skin at the same time.

Green tea also has natural anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent remedy for irritated, reddened, or inflamed skin.

To make it easier, just apply a cool, moist green tea bag to your skin. Lie down with a cold tea bag on your face and relax for 10-15 minutes. Take out the tea bag and wash it off after washing your face.

If you are looking for a mask for your bare face, open a green tea bag and pour the contents into the container. Then add about 1 tablespoon of baking soda and a little water. Mix everything until it becomes a paste. Add water or baking soda until desired consistency. You can also add other ingredients such as ground oatmeal or coconut oil.

Apply the paste to your face and gently massage it into your skin. If your skin is inflamed, be very careful. Leave the mask on your face for about 10-15 minutes before washing it off. Gently dry your face.

The ointment is ideal if your feet, knees, elbows, or other dry areas of your body need a little extra moisture. However, you need to make a green tea infused oil first.

Put the green tea leaves into the jar. It depends on how much you want to make, so I can’t say for certain. Pint Suppose he fills a jar with half a cup of tea leaves. Then drizzle the entire leaf with olive oil. Make sure all the leaves are covered with oil before capping the jar. You can inject this and leave it for 4-6 weeks.

Once you have your green tea infused oil, you can use it as is as a simple moisturizer. You can make an ointment.

A good ratio is about 1 part wax to 4 parts oil. Melt the wax with a double burner before slowly adding the oil. Stir the mixture together and pour into a covered glass or metal container. Allow to cool completely before using. If the ointment is too thick, melt it again and add a little more oil. If the ointment is too soft, melt it again and add a little more wax.
