The wrestling goat-turned-actor was “very self-conscious” about thinning hair and worried about needing to grow short hair for a new movie role.
Cena said in an interview that he is quite concerned about his thinning hair and is not comfortable growing his hair out for the movie “Project X-Traction” with Jackie Chan. “I am very self-conscious about my hair. I accept the discomfort.
Cena goes on to explain why his new look ruined many people’s childhoods. “Then I went wrestling[in Australia]with this haircut. It’s like I ruined everyone’s childhood!”
WWE fans are familiar with Cena’s short haircut. For most of his WWE career, he wore a crew cut, and fans were outraged by the dramatic change in the icon’s appearance between the Attitude Era and WWE’s PG era.

John Cena has been in charge of WWE for nearly a decade and has become a pop culture icon. Such a troll can never destroy the legacy this man has established, and no matter how much hatred is directed at him, he simply “never gives up”.
