This non-profit organization is dedicated to reducing poverty, building resilient livelihoods and enhancing biodiversity through sustainable beekeeping.
Paul Mitchell colors are formulated with sustainably sourced beeswax and expand the line with the all-new Cools range. Beeswax plays a leading role in Paul Mitchell’s permanent hair color line, maintaining a rich, creamy consistency that leaves hair smooth and healthy. JPMS sources the beeswax used to create its formulas from West Africa, where bees can pollinate plants year-round, contributing to local biodiversity and helping sustain ecosystems. Beeswax is sustainably sourced while helping local beekeepers support their families and improve their communities.
With the JPMS partnership, Bees for Development will help transform the lives of over 200 disabled people in Uganda by educating and training communities to improve their economic and social empowerment through beekeeping. According to Bees for Development, beekeeping can generate income without destroying forests and other habitats. The organization has trained over 5,000 beekeepers and focuses on locally relevant skills and knowledge.
The new Cool Series of Paul Mitchell Colors and the entire permanent hair color collection are available now. These three cool tones of ash blue gently control dominant pigments during lifting for dull results. Click here if you want to know more about the color line, such as how to use it.
