The “Power Talks” program consists of “flash mentoring” sessions hosted by women for women, where her single powerful exchange between mentor and mentee can have a lasting impact. The program pairs a mentor and mentee for short-term, targeted, skill-based mentoring her sessions to help build confidence in the first critical moments of a career.
