Created by celebrity hairstylist Kristen Eth, this blonde shampoo is designed to tone, cleanse, condition and restore shine to blonde and brunette hair. I use it when I’m starting to get a little brassy, but if you have a violet or ash tone, feel free to use it as much as you like. This formula is sulfate-free, paraben-free, and safe to use with keratin treatments.
It was recommended by my hair stylist at Valor & Violet in Ames, Iowa, and after trying a few matte purple shampoos for a long time, I wanted to try it. but I do not recommend this purple shampoo. She told me Kristen Ess was an incredible drugstore brand and she’s been using it ever since.
For extra context, my hair color is naturally a lighter shade of brunette and I dye it blonde every few months. , makes for the perfect shade of cool blonde. In addition, it gives your hair shine and moisture.

Depending on the thickness of your hair, please use about 1/4 size as a guide. I mix it with my regular shampoo (Dae Hair Signature Shampoo), lather it evenly all over my hair, leave it on for about 10 minutes, then wash it off.
How often you use it depends on how platinum you want your hair to be. With previous purple shampoos, you had to use it at least once a week, but with this one you should use it about every 2-3 weeks. Just use it and it will keep your hair consistently platinum.
