Among other retailers, Pure Beauty Salon, a chain that operates in rental spaces at Macy’s stores nationwide, joins the list of companies experiencing closures in 2022, with the latest occurring in Hawaii. I’m here.
“All Macy’s Salons” will be permanently closed on Dec. 31, and outposts have been notified that they will only be open for a few days before closing, according to an announcement posted on the outside door of the Hawaii location. added.

According to an Instagram post, Pure Beauty Salon at Macy’s at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu is closing. In Hawaii, Pure Beauty’s website lists six of his Macy’s stores as of Dec. 29, though it’s not clear if all of them will be closed.
The state’s latest closure is the latest for the salon chain, which has several Macy’s stores, and began in 2018 when its location in Michigan’s Birchwood Mall closed. Times Herald.
The salon chain also operates on Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and rental space in several malls across the country.

The closure of Pure Beauty in Hawaii is part of a larger current phase of companies closing stores to conserve more resources. As previously reported, retailers such as Sears Hometown, Big Lots, Jo-Ann Fabrics, Bed, Bath and Beyond are planning to close a number of stores again this year.
