There is no denying Tanzanian musician Diamond Platnumz’s interest in Nigerian music and drawing inspiration from the country’s top singers.
However, a recent video that went viral on social media accused the singer of being unpopular with Nigerians and pursuing Asake’s style.

The viral video caught Diamond Platonams rocking a hairstyle similar to the Terminator crooner and wearing avant-garde outfits.
Platnumz also began recreating some of Asake’s dance moves, which have become increasingly popular from his live performance shows and concerts.
