    The #KerastaseAtHome platform has been a success and is very well received by the brand’s salon partners. The social commerce model offers consumers the convenience of an online experience without removing the personalization and human element of the conversation between salons and hair experts. Globally, this is a rapidly growing vehicle for brands to reach the end consumer, and Kerastase was the first to bring it to India’s Lux salon industry on this scale.

    Partnering only with the country’s most luxurious salons, the Luxury Professional Hair Care brand has been offering Indian consumers a personalized and luxurious hair care experience for over a decade. The brand offers hair rituals and home care products at over 350 salons in 30 cities including Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Lucknow.

    In light of the challenging conditions brought on by the 2020 global pandemic, Kérastase launched the pioneering SoComm By launching the platform, we have created opportunities for our salon partners. delivered to their doorstep.
