Tunisha Sharma Death Case: A court in Palgarh district, Maharashtra, on Saturday remanded actor Seezan Khan, who was arrested on suspicion of facilitating the suicide of his co-star Chunisha Sharma, in judicial detention for 14 days. Sizan appeared at a magistrate’s court in Vasai after his police custody ended on Saturday. Police detention was extended by a day on Friday.

A magistrate held Shizan in judicial custody for 14 days. The 27-year-old actor was arrested by Valib police in Palgarh district for facilitating Sharma’s suicide on December 26. A case under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (Assisted Suicide) has been registered against him.
Tunisha, who was appearing in the TV series Ali Baba: Dastan E Kabul on December 24th, was found hanging in the washroom on the set of the show near Vasai on December 24th. Her mother claims that Cezan deceived and “used” her daughter. She also claimed that Sheesan slapped her daughter on the set of a TV show she was a part of, taught her Urdu and wanted her to wear a hijab. .
