The Hanover Borough Police Department is investigating a shooting at Block 100 Carlisle Street shortly after 8pm on Sunday, January 15, 2023.
A male subject approached a parked dark sedan with three men and a woman in it. An altercation ensued between a man who approached the vehicle and at least one of his men inside the vehicle. The man inside the car got out and another man ran. Another male subject then emerged from the vehicle and fired several shots at the fleeing man. The man was last seen running towards Gale Street, presumably in a dark colored SUV. Other subjects then fled in sedans, and were finally observed driving down Gale Street towards Railroad Street. No injuries have been reported.
Subjects in vehicles are described as follows: 1. A dark-haired Caucasian woman in a light long-sleeved shirt driving a sedan 2. A teenage Caucasian male, thin build, with curly, dirty blonde hair. He wore a dark jacket., 3. A white teenage male, tall with curly black hair. He wore a red hooded sweatshirt., and 4. Puffy black. A black man wearing a jacket. The subject who fled the vehicle and was shot is described as an unidentified man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.
