The Indian cricketer can be seen sporting a new haircut in an Instagram photo on New Year’s Eve. Celebrity hair designer Aalim Hakim gave Gill a brand new haircut. Hakim captioned his own Instagram, captioning, “Last haircut of 2022 for rock star Shubman Gill.”

Gill may have shown excellent form while batting as an opener, but he lacks T20I expertise. So far Gil has represented India in 15 of his ODIs and 13 Tests.
Punjab rookie Gil made his ODI debut in 2020, but 2022 was the year he really started to shine, scoring 638 runs at an average of 70.88 in 12 matches.
He was selected for T20 Team vs SL and is eager to make his debut. India and Sri Lanka are set to play his three T20Is and three ODIs respectively during his Sri Lanka Tour of India in 2023. Three Twenty20 international competitions are set for January 3, 5 and 7.
While Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are enjoying the New Year holidays, Hardik Pandya leads India against Sri Lanka to extend his captaincy record.
