Do you like styling your hair? Renowned hair stylist Dani Hiswani has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the best hairstyle. Hiswani styled her stunning 2.90m (9ft 6.5in) woman’s hair into her tree shape for Christmas on Sept. 16 this year in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Guinness World Records shared a video on Instagram on Thursday. The video shows a woman wearing a helmet with three small sticks standing upright. To create her Christmas tree, Hiswani created her hairstyle using her wig and hair extensions and added her Christmas decorations such as balls.
Along with the video, the caption reads, “Best hairstyle 2.90 meters (9 feet 6.5 inches) by Dani Hiswani.”

According to a Guinness World Records release, Dani entered the fashion industry seven years ago and has been showing her talent with hair since then. He believes that hairstyling is not just a service, it is an art. ”
“Dani has created a small Christmas tree for a woman before. He wanted to challenge himself to break the Guinness World Records title by creating the best hairstyle in the shape of a Christmas tree.” Release added.
The video has over 3 million views on Instagram. But the internet wasn’t too happy with the feat.
A user wrote, “This feels racist. It’s a shaggy hat. He should have at least tucked in her mismatched curls. Hair shows do a better job.”
Another commented, “It’s not a hairstyle, it’s a headdress.”
A third user wrote, “You should consider hairstyles using only your own hair instead of extra guesswork. This Guinness World Record has become a business concept.”
“I feel like this amount of ‘hair’ isn’t something that should be considered a record. All records should be real hair and not supported by hats,” a fourth user expressed.
