British hair care brand Tangle Teezer has launched an Innovation Advisory Board panel that brings together global business leaders and experts from across the retail, hair care, technology, ESG and scientific communities.
Last September, the groundbreaking UK company announced a record £43.5m profit for the full year 2021. This was a 46% increase over the previous year and the company posted a profit of £9.6m for him.
In the announcement, Tangle Teezer said the advisory board will bring together global business leaders and scientists to support the company’s future growth.
Susan Hooper, Chairman of Tangle Teezer, will lead the Board of Directors and will “provide management with a unique perspective and insight that will support the development of the Tangle Teezer brand and facilitate closer collaboration with key business stakeholders.” .
Hooper has held senior positions at PepsiCo, Acromas Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, held positions at ESG, was a founding director of Chapter Zero and chairman of Carbon Gap.
Advisory board members have held senior positions with global brands such as Dyson, Apple, Lululemon, Allbirds, Nike and Kohler.
Additional members include entrepreneurship experts and corporate advisors from Saeed Business School, which specializes in impact-driven corporate innovation.

Tangle Teezer’s first hairbrush was launched in 2009 and includes a detangling, blow-drying and styling hairbrush that uses patented tooth technology.
The company holds 90 brush patents worldwide, 318 trademarks registered in 125 countries, and 577 design rights in 58 countries. Its products are sold through Amazon, Boots, Walgreens, The Hut Group, Target, Ulta, Superdrug, Sephora, and his CVS.
