Move on, smartwatch. This smart brush is about to take the tech scene by storm. Professional hair care brand Kerastase has partnered with electronics company Withings to create Hair Coach. It’s like having a tutor to help you reach all your hair goals. A built-in microphone listens to you while you brush your hair. So it helps manage major hair care issues like frizz, dryness, and split ends.

All signals and data are automatically transferred to the mobile app and factors such as humidity and temperature are taken into account. The app then displays your hair quality score along with custom tips and recommendations. Of course, it will cost more than your average hairbrush, but Kérastase confirmed that the price won’t exceed $200 when it launched online and in select salons in mid-2017.
