The mother of two left her natural curly hair loose over her shoulders to give fans a glimpse of her freshly dyed hair.
She was pictured with her partner, Simon Blow, at a celebratory outing with her 5-year-old daughter Avery Bell Betsy and 10-month-old son Rowan.
The TV star looked chic in a black high-necked jumper, leather pants, and silver layered necklace.
The star spent quality time with close friends and family while dining at a local pub.
Along with the photo, Dani wrote, “This is Rowan’s first Christmas! First Christmas as a family of four and also our last in the Berkshires!
“We may have all been sick, but we still had a lot of fun!”
Fans of Dani commented, “Your hair is amazing, love your new color.”
Another post: “You look good with blonde hair, you look great!”
A third added, “I’ve always wanted hair like yours. I loved you as Tracy Beaker.”
Earlier this year, Dani showed off her slim figure in a pale pink jumpsuit and white t-shirt at a party with her pals and admitted she never once felt “motherly guilty.”
Along with a photo taken with friends, Dani wrote:
“It felt so good to be out of the house and let my hair down without feeling guilty about it!”
The actress gave birth to her second child with partner Simon Blow in February, and the couple chose to name her Rowan Leon James.
Dani is also the mother of five-year-old Avery Bell Betsy.
She revealed in March that he was unable to breastfeed because he had a tongue bond.
A tongue tie that has a shorter than usual strip of tissue that attaches the tongue to the bottom of the mouth.
While this can give the tongue a heart-shaped appearance, it can also make it difficult for it to stick to its mother during the breastfeeding process, which the star says she experienced.
Last year, Dani returned to television for a special three-part series My Mum Tracy Beaker.
From 2002 to 2012, she appeared in five series of The Story of Tracy Beaker, the feature film Tracy Beaker’s Movie of Me, and three series of Tracy Beaker Returns.
However, her return to television was overshadowed by her brutal trolling of size 10 figures.
The star revealed that online bullying had a devastating effect on her mental health, explaining that the comments made her want to quit social media.
After CBBC celebrated the launch of its most successful program to date with My Mum Tracey Beaker, Dani slammed Instagram, even though she admitted to “spreading the word” about the show.

“That’s kind of why [the show] It got huge viewership — social media was spreading the word,” she said.
“But if social media wasn’t so important right now to get the message out there, I personally wouldn’t have one.”
