step 1: Start by applying a creamy moisturizer to your face to not only nourish it, but make it look plumper.
Step 2: Apply a gel cream primer to moisturize your face all day and smooth the rest of your makeup. A girl with dry skin should lightly massage her face with face oil before applying her makeup.
Step 3: Ditch heavy foundations and opt for lighter or tinted foundations instead for a dewy, dewy look
Step 4: Use a light liquid foundation, instead of using a brush, pick it up and massage it onto your face.
