Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania — A woman was charged with theft of services after leaving a beauty salon without paying the $234 she was charged for a haircut and highlights.
Selinsgrove State Police say Cassie Barge, 34, of Selinsgrove, performed a service at Ulta Beauty at Monroe Marketplace in Monroe Township on Jan. 9.
The barge brought other items to the checkout counter for payment but did not let the cashier call Salon Services, police say.
The indictment was filed in the office of District Judge John H. Reed.
